Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrative leader to join a renowned public sector client, specifically within a research and clinic environment. The role involves providing crucial support and advice to the Executive Directorate, colleagues, and clinic management on all administrative matters. A key focus will be on overseeing day-to-day operations and leading departments such as financial accounting, controlling, revenue management, HR, purchasing, economics and supply, technology, and IT. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing administrative efficiency through mentoring staff, optimizing resource management, and standardizing processes. This position requires a professional with strong business acumen, IT proficiency, and a collaborative mindset to work closely with the Strategy department on organizational development and compliance.

Education
Completed business administration degree or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position within a hospital setting
- In-depth specialist knowledge in at least one of the subordinate areas (e.g., finance, HR, IT)
- Professional experience in administrative business operations
