Job Summary
As an HR Administrator, you will be the go-to person for employees, offering service-oriented advice on administrative, operational, and collective bargaining topics. Your day-to-day will involve meticulously handling the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and offboarding to transfers and salary adjustments, all in close collaboration with HR Business Partners. A key part of your role will be maintaining and verifying personnel and time data within Workday, ensuring all information is current and accurate. You'll also be responsible for drafting essential documents like employment contracts and certificates, generating reports, and fostering strong cooperation with Payroll and other internal interfaces. This role offers the chance to continuously develop your career within a supportive, established engineering and IT services company.

Education
Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on Human Resources or HR Administration
