Job Summary

This demanding role requires an experienced Electrical Engineer to function as a Technical Sales Engineer, focusing on complex plant system solutions, particularly for global Mining projects. You will be functionally leading and guiding technical teams across different disciplines and multiple country organizations to deliver complete electrification systems, from high voltage to plant automation. A key responsibility involves preparing commercially and technically optimized offers for electrical plant system solutions or Gearless Mill Drive solutions in close collaboration with front sales managers. This position offers the chance to leverage expertise in large-scale electrical systems combined with project leadership skills, requiring analytical abilities to quickly grasp complex technical issues and develop innovative solutions. Success in this role demands fluent English and a willingness to travel up to 15% globally to engage directly with clients and teams.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on power engineering

Experience

  • At least ten years of experience related to electrification in systems business (power plants, mining, cement, or similar)
  • Practical experience in commissioning is welcome
  • Demonstrated skills in sales/consulting are an advantage
  • Experience functionally leading and guiding technical teams of different disciplines and multiple country organizations
