Job Summary

This role is for a ServiceNow Administrator / Implementer to join a platform team, focusing on the operational management and enhancement of the ServiceNow system. Day-to-day, you'll handle operational tasks like daily instance checks, resolving communications records, and patching. A key part of your role will involve implementing and configuring new interfaces with third-party systems, as well as monitoring and developing these integrations. You will also be responsible for conceiving and implementing complex ServiceNow system components, managing the platform's operation, and integrating modules into the overall system. The position offers an opportunity to work within the HENSOLDT Group, a company that designs and produces high-end products in radar, optoelectronics, electronic warfare, and avionics, with a strong potential for permanent employment after an initial contract.
