Job Summary

As a Data Center Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of critical IT hardware including servers, network devices, and storage systems. Your day-to-day will involve managing and monitoring the data center environment, ensuring optimal performance of power supply, air conditioning, and security systems. You will handle customer inquiries, emergencies, scheduled tasks, and SLA tickets, performing network and server diagnostics, and resolving issues or escalating them as needed. This role also involves meticulous documentation of all maintenance and installation work and contributing to strategic infrastructure projects like network expansions and hardware upgrades.
