Materials Tester with Development Perspective | Werkstoffprüfer (m/w/d) mit Entwicklungsperspektive

Job Summary

This role is for a Materials Tester who is eager to grow into a leadership position within quality management. Day-to-day, you'll be performing a range of materials tests including spectral analysis, metallographic examinations, hardness, tensile, strength, elongation, and fracture tests. You'll also be responsible for managing measuring equipment, handling customer and supplier complaints, conducting quality checks during production, and contributing to the development of the QM system. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in materials testing, several years of professional experience, and a proactive, hands-on approach. This position offers a unique opportunity for career progression towards becoming a Deputy Head of Quality Management.
