Job Summary
This role seeks a motivated and experienced IT supporter ready to tackle complex challenges in 2nd and 3rd Level application support, collaborating closely with DevOps teams. You will be the primary point of contact for users, receiving, analyzing, and resolving disruptions related to hardware, software, network, and communication issues via phone and remote support. A key focus is providing application assistance within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) environment. Furthermore, you are responsible for monitoring and ensuring the availability, security, and performance of critical IAM components and systems. The ideal candidate brings around five years of relevant experience, technical qualifications, and strong proficiency in both German and English, coupled with excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented approach. This position requires flexibility, including participation in alternating early/late shifts and potential weekend on-call duties.

Education
Completed technical vocational training, Professional-Level SIZ, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Approximately 5 years of professional experience in 2nd / 3rd Level IT Support for applications (Onsite, client, or printer support is insufficient)
- Professional experience in structured documentation of facts and processes
- Experience in monitoring and ensuring availability, security, and performance of IAM components and systems

Additional
- Willingness to work alternating early (starting 06:00) and late shifts (until 18:00), with potential irregular weekly on-call duties for non-office hours and weekends.
