Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Project Manager to drive the transition of technological innovations into high-tech production at ASML's Berlin facility. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional projects, ensuring the production readiness of new products, and orchestrating local and international collaboration throughout the product generation process. Key responsibilities include structuring and planning industrialization, cost engineering, and ramp-up projects, managing resources, budgets, and timelines, and conducting risk analyses. This position is ideal for a proactive leader who can manage complex, multi-site projects in a matrix organization, focusing on time-to-market, quality, and cost, while working closely with stakeholders in Manufacturing Engineering, Development & Engineering, and Technology.
