Job Summary

This role is for an Administration and Data Quality Specialist within the Finance, Controlling, and Special Tasks department of the Mainz-Bingen Job Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering specialized procedures and portals, overseeing payment runs, and managing statistical reports and inquiries. A key part of the role involves ensuring data quality, performing data analysis, and collaborating with other Job Centers and software manufacturers. The specialist will also create guidelines and provide training to internal staff, acting as a first-level support for software-related questions. Required Skills

Education

• Successfully completed career examination for access to the third entry-level position of the Administration and Finance career path, or completed second employee training course, OR • Successfully completed career examination for access to the second entry-level position of the Administration and Finance career path, with willingness to obtain qualification for status position A10 LBesO through further training, OR • Successfully completed vocational training as an Administrative Assistant, or completed first employee training course, with willingness to complete the second employee training course, OR • University degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in Business Administration, OR • Completed vocational training, preferably in IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in administration and data quality assurance
  • Experience with specialized administrative software and portals
  • Experience in creating guidelines and conducting internal training
