Job Summary
As a Helpdesk Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for technical IT questions and issues, providing crucial support for hardware and software installations, configurations, and maintenance. Your daily tasks will involve diagnosing and resolving problems both on-site and remotely, meticulously documenting support requests in ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow, and training employees on IT systems and applications such as Microsoft Office or SAP. You will also collaborate with other IT teams on complex challenges and proactively monitor IT infrastructure using tools like Nagios or Zabbix.
