Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious IT Technician, including recent graduates, who is eager to advance technology solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities involve handling service requests and incidents, performing initial troubleshooting and on-site support, and conducting functional tests. The technician will also be responsible for instructing users on new hardware and software, as well as setting up, replacing, and decommissioning systems. Key tasks include software installation, configuration, and Active Directory administration.
