Job Summary
This role involves connecting people with technology by providing essential IT support. The User Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for receiving, analyzing, and processing user inquiries from various locations, as well as recording, classifying, and escalating incident reports within a ticketing system. Key responsibilities also include managing Microsoft Active Directory, installing software on end devices, and troubleshooting client issues.
