Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Research Associate in Quality Assurance, focusing on ensuring the technical quality and perfection of development projects. The successful candidate will conduct FMEA analyses to identify and assess risks, monitor the implementation of risk mitigation strategies, and define and coordinate external test procedures. They will also perform in-house lab tests as needed, analyze lifetime influences from field returns, and contribute to the approval of manufacturing processes.
