In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of server hardware from various manufacturers like HPE, Lenovo, and Dell. Your day-to-day tasks will include incident management (1st and 2nd level support), creating and maintaining operational documentation, evaluating and installing new firmware releases, and participating in the internal test laboratory operations.
