Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious IT Support Specialist who will be instrumental in advancing technology solutions for various clients. Day-to-day, you will provide 1st and 2nd level support to field employees, acting as a crucial interface to internal departments. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware (laptops, desktops, iPads, iPhones, printers), software, and in-house developed applications. You'll also be involved in the installation of new hardware and software, configuring and supporting mobile devices via Mobileiron MDM, and managing user accounts in Active Directory.
