Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Electrical Design Engineer to contribute to exciting projects within a technology-driven company. You will be responsible for defining requirements for networked modular machine systems, selecting electrical components for power supply, control, energy, and signal distribution, and ensuring operator safety. A key part of the role involves introducing new electrical assemblies into production, collaborating with the operations team, and managing data using SolidWorks Electrical and Siemens Teamcenter. The position requires a focus on electrical safety standards (IEC/UL61010), supporting safety and EMC tests, and leading internal and external electrical technicians. You will work in cross-functional project teams, taking technical responsibility for various development phases, contributing to new product development and maintenance, and ensuring product quality and safety.
