Job Summary
This residential role involves serving as a Sports Teacher and Counselor for Le Rosey Summer Camps, catering to students aged 8 to 16 in Switzerland. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality, safe, and engaging instruction across a broad spectrum of sports, including nautical activities, team sports, and fitness training. Beyond instruction, the role requires active participation in boarding life, supervising students, and leading group projects and competitions designed to foster teamwork and personal growth. Ideal candidates possess a relevant degree or certification in Physical Education, excellent English proficiency, and proven experience coaching children or teenagers in multicultural settings. This is a unique opportunity to work within an established international community in exceptional surroundings near Lake Geneva and the Bernese Alps.
Required Skills
Education
Relevant degree, certification or training in Physical Education, Sports Coaching, or equivalent. First-aid certification is required.
Experience
- Previous experience and/or training in the supervision of children and in summer camps.
- Professional experience teaching or coaching children or teenagers in multiple sports.
- Experience in planning and leading group sports projects, tournaments, or multi-sport programs.
- Experience in international or multicultural environments is an advantage.

- Must hold EU/Swiss nationality or a current Swiss work permit. Requires participation in residential boarding life. Appointment is subject to satisfactory Criminal Records Checks and Reference Checks.
