Job Summary

This role involves ensuring compliance with tax and export control regulations for the Bavarian Academy of Sciences. Day-to-day, you'll assess tax-relevant issues, implement new VAT regulations, prepare tax guidelines, and handle VAT pre-registrations and corporate tax returns. A significant part of the role is dedicated to managing export control guidelines, monitoring permits, and ensuring overall compliance with foreign trade law. You will also be responsible for accounting, ledger management, and coordinating with specialist personnel across various institutes.
