Join a dedicated team as a Field Specialist for Non-Destructive Testing, working globally with interdisciplinary teams in power plants and service workshops. You will conduct non-destructive tests, including with automated systems, optimize testing techniques, and initiate the development of new methods based on field experience. Key responsibilities include documenting results, preparing measurement data for assessment, and collaborating with design and project management teams to define necessary actions. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong technical background and a passion for ensuring product integrity and safety in the energy sector.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering) or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in non-destructive testing (NDT)
- Knowledge of MT / PT / UT / ET NDT methods
- Valid certification according to ISO 9712
