Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated professional to join the Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) team at Roche Diagnostics Operations Penzberg. You will be instrumental in the design transfer, validation, and large investment projects for diagnostic manufacturing, focusing on compounding, filling, and lyophilization. Day-to-day, you'll guide new products from development to production, evaluate and select new equipment, and critically optimize existing methods for technical and economic efficiency. The position requires a proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively in local and international teams, presenting results in English. You'll ensure adherence to regulatory standards (FDA, USDA, DIN/ISO) and contribute to the unit's evolution in lean, transformation, and digitalization initiatives, making it an engaging and impactful opportunity.
