Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated Process and Project Management Specialist to actively support the digital transformation of public administration in Brandenburg, Germany. Day-to-day, you will conduct economic efficiency analyses for IT projects, manage software development processes, and prepare procurement documents for IT tenders. A key part of the role involves identifying and analyzing business processes for the Online Access Act (OZG) implementation, coordinating the rollout of online services, and conducting business process investigations. This position offers a secure, varied, and responsible role within the public sector, contributing to essential services for citizens, with flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
Required Skills
Education
Completed university of applied sciences degree or Bachelor's degree in Administrative Informatics, Economics, Business Informatics, Public Management, Administrative Sciences, Business Administration, or completed training for the higher non-technical service of public administration, or comparable qualification with equivalent abilities.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT project management
- Professional experience in business process management
- Knowledge of common project management methods, ideally in an agile environment
