Job Summary
This role involves developing IT concepts and contributing to IT planning, acting as a crucial IT liaison. The specialist will identify technical and functional needs to optimize internal workflows, driving programming and training initiatives. A key responsibility is coordinating and contributing to the functional development of the joint program system for the German Pension Insurance Federation, especially concerning core processes. The position also supports innovative digitalization projects, including the implementation and advancement of AI applications, and manages order and requirements. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fostering cross-departmental collaboration on IT projects and optimizing IT-supported work processes within a large customer service center, ensuring customer orientation remains a priority.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (Diplom FH, Bachelor) or equivalent qualification (e.g., Fachwirt), OR completed vocational training in IT, administrative, or commercial fields.
Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in the IT, administrative, or commercial sector (if no university degree)
- 2+ years of current professional experience in IT task support or IT project participation
- Initial professional experience in AI (ideally)
- Experience in implementing generative AI (affinity for)
