This role involves providing comprehensive national and international tax structuring advice, with a focus on corporate tax and international tax law. You will independently manage tax consulting mandates, including cross-border structuring, transformations, M&A transactions, and company formations. Key responsibilities include ongoing consultation on corporate tax issues (especially income taxes) and international tax law, quality reviews of memos, and supporting tax audits. You will also lead and mentor junior team members, expand your professional network, and actively contribute to business development by acquiring new clients.
