Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated 1st Level Support Specialist in Nuremberg, Germany, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Day-to-day tasks include processing support tickets according to SLAs, troubleshooting incoming inquiries, and resolving issues within the scope of 1st-level support. The specialist will also maintain customer communication, update and document processes in the ticketing system, and handle software maintenance and patch management. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, basic knowledge of operating systems and office applications, and initial experience with networking. This position offers a permanent contract with the option for takeover by the partner company, competitive compensation, and additional benefits.
Required Skills
Education
Completed IT apprenticeship (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, System Electronics Technician, Technical Assistant for Informatics) or equivalent professional experience.
