This role is for a proactive and technically adept Customer Operations & Data Integration Manager who will serve as the crucial link between customer service, internal departments, and IT. The primary goal is to enhance processes, optimize data flows, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing digital interfaces (APIs, EDI, file transfer, email automation), identifying and implementing process improvements, and ensuring consistent project completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT infrastructures and data flows, excellent communication skills, and a structured approach to problem-solving, all while maintaining a customer-centric perspective.
