This role is for a Team Lead MS&T / Project Manager at Aenova's Marburg site, a leading contract manufacturer in the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will coordinate and manage pharmaceutical transfers for drug manufacturing, ensuring projects adhere to all relevant guidelines and quality requirements such as cGMP, FDA, and USP. Key responsibilities include evaluating product inquiries for feasibility, creating essential pharmaceutical documentation, and maintaining client relationships. The position also involves addressing production issues, conducting root cause analyses, and performing risk assessments, while providing technical leadership to MS&T Process Experts.
