Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Engineering Project Engineer to join the State Building Management Weser-Leine, focusing on the comprehensive expansion of four ammunition depots across Lower Saxony. The successful candidate will lead and contribute to challenging federal construction projects, overseeing all phases from planning to billing. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, costs, and quality, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and steering external engineering firms. This position requires a strong understanding of relevant legal regulations and norms in state building construction, coupled with a proactive, team-oriented approach. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Dipl.-Ing. (FH) / Bachelor) in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or a comparable field. For civil servants, qualification for career group 2, 1st entry level, technical services is required.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in project processing/steering of larger construction measures
  • Specific experience in cost and schedule control
  • Experience in supervising freelance specialist professionals

  • Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel for business. Consent to and successful completion of a security check according to Nds. SÜG is a prerequisite for employment. Willingness to state desired service location in application.
