Job Summary
This role involves the independent and self-responsible coordination and management of cross-functional and cross-departmental tasks, providing essential support to the IT department's leadership. The successful candidate will represent the department in various inter-departmental committees, manage interfaces between specialist departments and IT teams, and act as the Quality Management and Environmental Officer for the department. Key responsibilities also include preparing and overseeing strategic IT procurements, such as cloud solutions, and contributing to the department's scientific work and professional development. This position is ideal for a professional with strong organizational and project management skills, capable of translating technical requirements into IT-compliant specifications, and adept at stakeholder management within a dynamic federal institute.
Required Skills
Education
Master's degree, Diploma, or comparable qualification in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Bioinformatics, Chemoinformatics, Engineering, or a natural science discipline.
Experience
- Proven abilities and knowledge in coordinating an organizational unit or projects
- Professional experience in process optimization
- Professional experience in stakeholder management across various institutions up to the highest management level
- Experience in committee work (desired)
- Professional experience in public administration (desired)
