Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd-level IT support, handling a variety of IT issues and requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems. The specialist will be responsible for setting up new workstations, including the installation of Windows and Linux operating systems and application software, and onboarding new employees to IT systems. Key duties also include user management in Active Directory and maintaining IT documentation.
