Job Summary

This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced professional to head the Accounting and Tax department at Dawonia, a major Bavarian housing company. The role involves the technical and disciplinary leadership of a 16-person team covering general, loan, asset, and accounts payable accounting, as well as group accounting. Key responsibilities include overseeing individual financial statements according to HGB and consolidated financial statements according to IFRS for 27 companies, managing all tax-related matters with a focus on real estate, and ensuring tax compliance. The successful candidate will also drive process and system optimization, collaborate closely with executive management, and serve as a primary contact for tax advisors and auditors.
