This role is for an engaged Chemical Laboratory Technician to join a family-owned, accredited food analytics laboratory at the University of Bremen. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently managing the entire analytical process for food samples, from logging them into the LIMS system to preparing and processing samples, operating and documenting measurements with instruments like HPLC and GC, and finally, generating and validating results for test reports. This position offers a varied and responsible role within a motivated team, providing individual scope for design and personal development opportunities in a modern laboratory environment.
