As an Automation Technician / PLC Programmer, you will be instrumental in the entire lifecycle of electrical and automation systems, from initial planning and design to programming, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance. You'll work on diverse projects, including the development of electrical distribution systems, cabling, and the maintenance of complex electrotechnical installations. A key part of your responsibilities will involve PLC programming for various manufacturers' control systems, ranging from large-scale building automation with Siemens PCS7 to HVAC control with Beckhoff and smaller Logo controls. Additionally, you will contribute to electrical engineering services such as creating specifications, plant planning, and updating electrical diagrams and P&ID schematics in the CAD office, ensuring all documentation is current and precise.
