This challenging role as a Permitting Manager for Land Acquisition and Power Line Construction is crucial for advancing the energy transition by supporting the expansion of high-voltage grids. Day-to-day, you will act as a sub-project lead, independently managing the acquisition of all necessary usage rights for high-voltage power line construction projects, including negotiating with landowners and farmers. You will develop guidelines for legally compliant permits, review documentation, and serve as a key interface between the company, government agencies, and customers regarding land acquisition. Proactively, you will identify challenges and devise solutions to streamline public permitting processes.
