This role is for an Electrical Engineer responsible for the technical and economic implementation of maintenance and new construction projects. Day-to-day, you will manage the overall planning, tendering, and execution of projects according to VOB and HOAI standards. This involves controlling construction and maintenance measures, preparing technical documents like feasibility studies, cost calculations, and permit applications, and overseeing approval processes with authorities. You will also lead and coordinate external engineering firms and service providers from contract award to acceptance, ensuring continuous monitoring and reporting of ongoing projects.
