Job Summary
This role involves providing essential IT support for the Q-MED.Praxis medical software, catering to a diverse client base including medical practices, MVZs, and hospitals across Germany. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Q-MED.Support team, primarily handling user inquiries via phone and written correspondence through the Q-MED.Hotline. A significant part of the role also includes offering support for Telematics Infrastructure (TI) networks. Ideal for a proactive individual with strong communication skills in German and English, a high willingness to learn, and a reliable, independent work ethic. Prior knowledge of medical practice workflows is a plus, making this an attractive opportunity to contribute to a leading medical software company.
