This role is for an Administrative Officer within the Ministry for Culture and Science of North Rhine-Westphalia, specifically in Department 325, which focuses on Natural and Engineering Sciences and the Jülich Research Centre. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Health Management, Human Resources Management, Administrative Science, Business Administration, or Economics; OR a qualification as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt/-in); OR eligibility for career group 2, first entry-level (e.g., a Diploma in Administrative/Business Administration or a relevant Bachelor's degree with civil service qualification for higher general administrative service).

Experience

  • Professional experience as an Administrative Officer in public administration or comparable fields outside the public sector (if not a civil servant with specific qualifications)
  • Professional experience in general administrative services (for civil servants)
