Job Summary

This role is for an IT Systems Engineer who will be instrumental in building and enhancing the internal IT department. Day-to-day, you will be involved in IT projects and rollouts, creating and maintaining IT documentation, and communicating with external IT service providers. A key part of your responsibilities will also include supporting the administration of virtual server environments, managing network drives and group policies, and assisting with backup and recovery tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a solid technical understanding of Windows, networks, and Microsoft 365, coupled with a service-oriented attitude.
