Required Skills
Education
University degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on general civil engineering
Experience
- Professional experience in planning and monitoring maintenance and renovation measures for municipal roads
- Experience in preparing service specifications and awarding contracts
- Experience in cost control, schedule monitoring, and claims management
- Experience in overseeing civil engineering projects with third-party involvement
- Experience in independent planning and execution of maintenance and investment measures (tendering, awarding, supervision, billing)
- Experience in warranty monitoring
- Experience in reviewing and processing funding opportunities and preparing usage verifications
