Job Summary

This leadership role involves overseeing and continuously developing the cross-sectoral network operations for a municipal utility company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and advancing a team of approximately 30 employees, ensuring a reliable network operation for electricity, gas, and heating, including control technology and metering. Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating strategic initiatives, investment projects, and construction work, as well as ensuring compliance with Technical Safety Management (TSM) and occupational health and safety standards. The position offers an opportunity to shape the future of energy supply by optimizing technical structures and processes, leveraging digital and innovative energy topics, and contributing to a stable and competitive infrastructure for around 20,000 residents and various industrial clients.
