Job Summary
This role is for an experienced Engineering Team Lead to join a medium-sized company specializing in marine systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical leadership and development of an engineering team, ensuring the continuous improvement of departmental systems through market observation and industry engagement. Key responsibilities include acting as a technical point of contact for internal departments and clients, coordinating team tasks, and ensuring process conformity. The role also involves supporting sales, providing technical clarification for customers, and overseeing the entire lifecycle of electrotechnical systems from concept to installation. This position offers a full-time, permanent contract with a focus on a supportive work environment and employee development.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering or Media Technology, or a comparable education with further training
Experience
- Professional experience in leading and developing a technical team
- Experience in continuous system development and market observation
- Experience in coordinating work assignments and team organization
- Experience in ensuring process conformity and information exchange
- Experience in technical system responsibility from sales to customer handover
- Experience in concept creation, design, configuration, and commissioning of electrotechnical systems
