Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Compliance Specialist to join an innovative pharmaceutical company, starting September 1, 2025. The specialist will be responsible for independently creating, coordinating, and managing Change Controls, serving as the central point of contact for GMP topics and Change Controls within their area. Key responsibilities include participating in cross-departmental compliance projects, actively supporting audits and inspections, and assisting the department with compliance questions in both German and English. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree with several years of experience or a Master's degree with initial experience in biotechnology, chemistry, or pharmacy, or a scientific education with extensive GMP experience. Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a proactive, responsible work ethic are essential for success in this dynamic, international environment.
