Job Summary

This role is for a Civil Engineer or Industrial Engineer with a focus on construction, responsible for meticulously reviewing complex supplementary claims related to urban civil and pipeline engineering projects. Day-to-day, the professional will analyze claims from formal, technical, economic, and legal perspectives, develop negotiation strategies, conduct negotiations, and document outcomes. They will also advise stakeholders on claim-related issues, contribute to the continuous improvement of claim management processes, and assist in creating and awarding framework agreements.
