This role involves diverse laboratory tasks, from molecular and microbiological work like PCR, mutagenesis, and cloning, to cultivating various expression systems. You will be instrumental in the genetic optimization and characterization of production strains, protein expression, and enzyme technology, including development, optimization, and testing in biochemical reactions. The position also covers fermentative enzyme production at different scales and enzyme purification using various methods.
