Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position is for an IT Helpdesk / IT Client Support Specialist to join Ströer X GmbH, part of the Ströer Group, a specialist in dialogue and direct marketing. The role involves providing first-level IT support across all company locations via remote assistance, on-site visits, and phone. Key responsibilities include logging incoming IT issues, analyzing and resolving IT disruptions, managing tickets, and assisting external IT service providers. The specialist will also be involved in Active Directory management and contribute to IT infrastructure administration and projects, such as software packaging and asset management.
