Job Summary
This role involves conceptualizing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining data integration processes for the Malteser BI Platform. The analyst will contribute to the future data strategy and the Business Intelligence Competence Center (BICC), translating functional requirements into effective IT solutions and business processes. Key responsibilities include advising and supporting clients and key users throughout the application lifecycle, analyzing requirements and issues, creating detailed IT concepts, and leading projects or sub-projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, experience in process analysis, and a customer-oriented approach, contributing to efficient IT service delivery within the welfare, church, and healthcare sectors.

University degree in (Business) Informatics or Economics
Experience
- Several years of experience in complex IT, rollout, organizational, or ITSM projects
- Professional experience in project management processes and methods
- Professional experience in process analysis
- Professional experience in ITIL V3 service processes
- Professional experience in technical leadership
