Job Summary

As a Technical Solution Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the service portfolio for individual application operations within one of Europe's largest banking IT service providers. Your day-to-day will involve capturing, structuring, and technically evaluating customer requirements for application operations, moderating client discussions and workshops, and developing technical operational and service concepts in collaboration with system architects. You will be responsible for creating precise service descriptions and SLAs, estimating technical efforts for commercial calculations, and managing the transition from solution design to regular operation. This role is crucial for expanding the company's service business, ensuring competent and efficient fulfillment of individual customer needs within the Sparkassen financial group, and contributing to the development of the service portfolio.
