Job Summary

As a Software Support Specialist, you will be crucial in implementing, maintaining, and enhancing in-house IT programs, working 30 hours per week. You will act as the primary liaison between staff, external service providers, and technical teams, independently managing and executing software projects. Key responsibilities include implementing new requirements from funding bodies and legislators, optimizing internal processes, and ensuring user-friendliness.
