As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and maintaining scalable data solutions, primarily utilizing Databricks. Your role involves designing and implementing robust ETL data pipelines, focusing on data modeling, database development, and ensuring high data quality. You will collaborate closely with various teams to deliver tailored, data-driven solutions and continuously optimize data pipeline performance. This position emphasizes the application of modern DevOps practices for automated deployments, stability, and monitoring of data infrastructure, along with creating interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience
- Several years of experience with Databricks and Apache Spark
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge in distributed computing and big data technologies
- Ideally experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge in automated deployment and monitoring of data pipelines
- Practical experience in dashboard and visualization creation (Power BI) is beneficial
