Job Summary

As an Embedded Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of automotive software. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing software requirements, ensuring compliance with non-functional aspects like performance and security, and designing and maintaining modular software architectures. You'll be involved in selecting central control units, developing foundational software functions, and integrating model-based auto-code. A key focus will be on implementing Continuous Integration to automate code changes and ensure high quality through automated testing. You'll also conduct developer tests and assist with debugging. This role is ideal for someone with a background in MINT or Computer Science, possessing experience in automotive software development, and familiar with embedded systems and relevant industry standards. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed MINT (Mathematics, Informatics, Natural Sciences, Technology) degree or ideally Computer Science degree

Experience

  • Professional experience in automotive software development
  • Experience with common tools and toolchains like MATLAB and Simulink
  • Initial experience with programmable control units
  • Experience with functional safety standards (ISO26262 or ISO13849) is desirable
  • Experience with cybersecurity standards (ISO21434) is desirable
