The successful candidate will be based in Hamburg and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include providing 1st and 2nd level user support for various departments, setting up and maintaining systems like JAMF, Entra ID/Microsoft 365, and Cisco Meraki, and contributing to IT projects such as software rollouts and SD-WAN. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT education, some experience in IT support, and a solution-oriented approach.
